Ankit R. Patel is currently associated with the University of Minho, Portugal. He serves on the various positions at the international conferences like track chair for the IEEE ITEC 2023, 2024; DIA Chair ACM COMPASS 2024; associate chair for the  ACM IMX 2023; co-chair for the ACM AutomotiveUI 2023; and proceedings chair for the IEEE e-Science 2023. He also serves as an associate editor for the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Smart Cities; and Journal of Social Economics Research; and editorial board member for the Journal of Sustainable Urban Mobility. He received a best poster paper award in the 2019 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS), Macau. He also serves as a reviewer in many journals included Transport; Journal of Transport and Health (Elsevier); Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour; and conferences like CHI, ozCHI, INTERACT, TRB, NordiCHI, MuC, ITS America. His research interest includes travel behavior and policy, human factors and interactions, socially inclusive transportation, and transport psychology.

Nuksit Noomwongs graduated bachelor’s degree from Chulalongkorn University in 1997. He obtained master and doctor degree from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan in 2003 and 2005 respectively. He is a Co-founder of Smart Mobility Research Center at Chulalongkorn University. He is a Vice President of Thailand Society of Automotive Engineers (TSAE) in research and development division. He is a team leader in developing Autonomous Vehicle Prototypes based on various types of EV at Smart Mobility Research Center Chulalongkorn University. In 2018-2019, He was appointed by Thai Automotive Institute to develop “Thailand Next Generation Automotive Policy Recommendation” for the Ministry of Industry and later appointed as an advisor during 2019-2021. In 2021, he has been worked in a research team to produce “Project to develop guidelines for the development of Thai automotive industry to the Connected and Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) industry” funded by Ministry of Industry. Since 2019, he involved in research projects about 5G communication and autonomous vehicle funded by various organization such as CU Toyota Hamo project and The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). Currently, he is working on the project to test prototype autonomous vehicle and 5G C-V2X in Chulalongkorn University campus and NBTC office. Since 2021, he is working on the NBTC project on testing the autonomous shuttle vehicle with 5G C-V2X use cases.

Frances Sprei has a PhD in Energy and Environment from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. She has a background in both engineering physics (M. Sc.) and human ecology (Ba). Her research focus is sustainable mobility looking at electromobility, mobility as a service and alternative fuels. Her methods are interdisciplinary, and she takes into consideration technical, economical, and behavioral aspects. She teaches both at the undergraduate and graduate level in energy efficiency, resource management, and principles of sustainable development. She has held public lectures for companies, organizations, and the Swedish parliament. Frances Sprei is active in outreach and policy advice. She has been a member of the working group for fossil-free transport within the government's collaborative program for the climate transition of business. She is also the chair of the research council for the regional (Västra Götaland) climate transition, a member of Gothenburg’s climate council, as well as a board member of Transport & Environment.

Elliot works with government in designing strategies and plans for reducing car use and transport emissions. He has advised the NYC Department of Transportation, the OECD and the Australian Prime Minister’s Office on transport sustainability. He is ranked by Stanford University in the top 2% of scientists, for his contribution to transport.

Bhuvan Atluri is currently Program Manager at the MIT Mobility Initiative. Bhuvan is a mobility & automotive technology enthusiast who is extremely passionate about solving the problems mobility faces today. He has interests across Electric Vehicle Adoption & Charging Equity, Autonomous Mobility & Safety, and Multi-Modal Urban Mobility. He has over 11 years of product, marketing and business development experience starting from early days as a brand manager at Unilever to most recently founding & heading the B2B e-commerce subsidiary of NCML. He has a MIT Sloan Fellows MBA, a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and is a computer science engineer by training.
